This one-stop legal service points you, and your venture, in the right direction – with everything you need to know (and none of the stuff you don't) to protect yourself and your brilliant idea. There's no-one else offering this future-focused service for entrepreneurs!
For a flat fee of AUD$2000 you – the founder – will receive 1-1 time with an expert who’s well-versed in the issues that face start-ups and scale-ups.
Your business will receive a comprehensive audit to identify what issues need to be addressed – and, importantly, in what order – to ensure compliance, good governance and to identify specialist areas that need additional work so that you and your business are protected.
You will receive a report containing the issues that need to be addressed – in logical order – to take your dream to the next level and how they should be dealt with. This could be foundational – such as to the most appropriate corporate structure at start-up – through to scaling-related issues, such as shareholder agreements with angel investors.
You will also receive a total of 4 free follow-up calls (capped at 10 min per call or pro-rata), valid for 12 months, where you can discuss any matter relating to the audit or report.
